The only thing was the nearness of the city
The whole place needed refurbishing, the bedding and towels were clean, but the overall view eg shower room, main room needed updating, While we were there the rain came in and flooded the balcony area, carpets ,kitchen etc certainly neede up grading but great location. The photos are not what we saw, they looked good what we saw was different. If they updated then we would recommend, staff were helpful
Position. Pleasant Staff. Cleanliness. Good facilities for two pensioners on a very tight budget. Good value for money.
Starting to show its age. ie Broken wardrobe door. Kitchen top window stuck. Not of great consequence at the price we paid.
The close proximity to the CBD, and King's Park. Could walk over the pedestrian bridge and be at the top end of town. Had a choice of airconditioner or ceiling fan as per need.
stepping back into the70s
Very suitable for my purposes when visiting Perth for Meetings that I can park and walk to.
Central to what we wanted to do, easy to get to,near Kings Park, .It was the first time we have stayed there & although not the flashest establishment , it was clean & tidy & the beds & linen were top class, would reccommend & we will stay there again !
convenicent to the city, and kings park
Definitely the staff there, who are the most helpful people around. For example, I had informed them that one of my ceiling lights were out and they promptly got it replaced.
Parking was hit or miss and if you missed a space there was nothing on the street. For a family of four there was only two chairs and a very small tableto eat off. Poor TV reception, poor TV. The carpet is in a shocking state Needs money spent on it, poor quality accommodation
Please write at least 15 words. The hotel is very close to the ferry that we took to Fremantle providing for easy access to other destinations.
We requested a late arrival and the keys were not located where they were supposed to be.
The kitchen and its facilities. Plenty of cupboard space. Convenience of the hair dryer and ironing board.
The proximity of the room (214) to a bbq area where noisy drinking went on over the weekend evenings. The door lock was not as secure as it could be. Need to have better (or more) locks on doors. Laundry required use of tokens, otherwise I would've used it.
close to the city and showgrounds, the staff were nice
the room and the beds its tired and old
The location was very convenient to access various parts of Perth via public transport. Close to Kings Park was a bonus.
Rooms and decor very old. Bathroom mouldy and lighting in rooms insufficient.
close proximity to the City. Staff very obliging and helpful. Room was adequate for our needs short term.
Apartments are in poor condition, they require a complete refurbishment, Vertical blinds held together by staples and some missing.
The location is confusing, but once you get it is is ok. Rooms & towels are not changed everyday unless you ask. Interior of rooms worn looking with some broken window panels, ( can improve ) but for the price for 5 pax in city, it is ok. Staff attitude acceptable, but can be more approachable. Locks to doors should be changed.
Not enough parking lots. had to park ourside and scramble early morning to get out f !P parking , otherwise get fine. How about giving a special pass to put on window/ dashboard to say residence of Mountway, then it will be ideal ! Should ask upon check-in on mode of payment upon check-out. On the last day, I wantrd to pay cash and was told that the toal had beeen deducted from credit card. I think customer should have a choice of paymet upon arrival.
